Where are items located?

We have warehouses in California, the USA, and China, if the US warehouse is out of stock, we will ship the package to you from the Chinese factory.

When will the package be shipped?

Packages are shipped within 24 hours of your order.

An email with package tracking information will be sent to your email after the shipment is shipped. If you can’t find the email, please check your junk folder, otherwise, it may be rejected by your email system, please contact us.

Our orders are usually delivered within 7-14 days (This includes the time it takes us to process your order,  if you are unsure, please contact us to check). If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us.

Transportation method: Support EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx transportation. The expedited express delivery time for EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, and FedEx in cities in the same region is 72 hours, and the ordinary express delivery time is 5 working days. EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, and FedEx expedited express delivery from other countries/regions takes 5 working days, and ordinary express delivery takes 14 working days. (Expedited shipping costs $8.55)

United States and Canada

Shipping time with UPS. Door to door You do not need to pay import duties

Orders are typically received in 7-14 days for Canadian customers/ in 7-14 days for American customers from the date of order.

Australia and New Zealand

All our products are made or assembled to order. Please refer to each product description lead time.

At present, we deliver to the following countries: Canada, United States, Mexico, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and all Asian countries (including Taiwan and Hong Kong)

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?

All prices displayed on our website are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Changes to estimated delivery date.

We will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date where events outside of our control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and/or time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we are unable to deliver your product within the estimated time, we will:

    • let you know;
    • cancel your order; 
    • and give you a refund;

If you belong to the European Union, Canada and the United States, we will ship by UPS, Door to door, and you do not need to pay any import duties. (We freight forwarder will pay your import duties)
This service is limited to selection: standard shipping channels

Special attention: Please choose standard shipping channels for Britain, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary, otherwise the customs may impose expensive import duties.

The order delivery time is divided into two parts

Order processing time:
Within about 24 hours. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when we process the order to the delivery service. Generally, orders ship within within 24 hours after order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends or holidays might experience delays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Shipping time:
Approximately 7-14 days. The daily order cutoff time for orders is 5:00 pm (PST). After the cutoff time, we will not process orders received on the same day. Normally, the Overall delivery time since order received is  7-14 days. Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc.

Are express options available?

Yes! Express options incur additional fees, please email us with your order and destination, and we will then calculate a customized postage cost.

Average handling time?
Estimated handling time:  24 hours.
Special items requiring customizing may incur an extra 48 hours.

Local import duties and taxes may be requested based on individual products, materials, or price thresholds. These vary by country. We are unable to predict or charge them in advance and will not be responsible for them should they be requested by the order-receiving country.

We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Due to the nature of our business, items may arrive in multiple packages.
